I'm going to do this today, Rebecca! I'm on Day 16 of my radiation, feeling very sore and very tired, but today I'm going to be the one to radiate and my radiation is going to be love. I'm going to open up to see the wonder of miracles around me. And I wouldn't have thought to do this except for your sweet posting!!! Sending big love to you, dear one!

Oh how beautiful, Maggie. Sending you love and healing too.

Dearest Maggie, I am sending you lots of love and healing whale energy. You already radiate so much love--I hope you are also receiving mountains of it. You are one of my miracles. Much, much love!

I don't even have the words to adequately thank you for your gift of Jewel. It's the gift that keeps on giving too. My grandmothers have not stopped playing that song at the most synchronous moments. And then (I'll have to fill you in with the whole background of the story at some point) I recently learned that I have a granddaughter that I didn't previously know about and her middle name is Opal! Thank you again for the gift of Jewel and thank you for including my story in this beautiful post. As Amy so wonderfully said in another comment...you are my Jewel sister! ✨💖✨

Oooh, I can't wait to hear the whole background story. I love that this interaction continues to flower! And I love being your Jewel sister.

The synchronicity of all of this is so magical and beautiful. I love it!

What a wonderful piece, Rebecca! Heartwarming, funny and so poignantly elucidates our connection with spirit---asking, listening, recognizing and laughing. What more joy can there be? And I love your story about Jewell! You are an also a jewell...so sisters in the earthly and spirit planes. Lovely!

I love this, Amy! ❤️😍 Rebecca is my sister jewel!

Awww, thank you Amy! You are one of the people who inspired me to come up with this game.

Do you remember my first Wow notebook? That giant blue leatherbound one? I still have it somewhere.

I want a wow book, too. How lucky that I just bought a new notebook the other day! Hey, that's a little miracle!!! Loved this, Rebecca, it gave me all the feels. And that photo with your mama's picture and all the flowers is gorgeous. I love all those colours.

Thank you so much Francesca. I love making my flower altars, for sure. I can't wait to see what you put in your Wow notebook! Thanks for being here.

Ohmygosh, Rebecca. I just discovered you and your substack through Sarah Fay's Notes Boost and what a little miracle. What a gift. I read your note and commented, then hopped over to read your whole post. Such joy! Such magic! Such willingness to be open to the Universe and her infinite gifts.

This, "A million bucks! I want to say. A way to take all those lobsters in the tank downstairs back to the sea! To hear my mother’s voice one more time. A way to end all these wars! For my children to be safe and happy! For everyone’s children, including the polar bears', to be safe and happy." This is about where I started to get all teary.

And this, "Oh Sweetie, I hear. We’re just getting started." feels a little like the energy over in Elizabeth Gilbert's letters from love.

And then, the way you file things in your head's folders, "YES!! It thought, and put it in the file in my head labeled, “Times my intuition was 100% correct!”—also known as the “Rebecca!! TRUST YOURSELF!” file. Also also known as the “Ta-Dah! I’m a GENIUS!” folder."

I just, this whole thing. Wow. Thank you so much. I can't wait to read more from you.

Jocelyn! What a beautiful response! Thank you so much. It's the best feeling when someone "gets" everything I wanted to say on such a deep level. I'm so glad you're here!

This entire post had me grinning from ear to ear. The very first paragraph is EVERYTHING!!! We should all wake up every day and play this game. Imagine how much more perceptive we'd be at NOTICING?

I became much more aware of beauty and miracles after my son passed away 4 years ago. If I could say that anything good came from losing him it would be that I purposely look for beauty and good things in the world. This post was one of them ❤️❤️❤️

Oh Kristi. I can't even. That is so powerful for you to be able to say that after going through that kind of loss. You must have plutonium in your bones. Thank you so much for sharing this with me. And I love that you liked the beginning. I have been getting much louder with my messages to the Universe lately. I think the Universe likes this. Thanks for reading and sharing this response.

Plutonium is a good way to put it! It softens after a while but it’s always there.

Thank you for such a beautiful post!

This was an absolute delight. Left me with a smile on my face, and a lightness in my heart. I love the idea of a "Wow!" notebook (and am also a Harriet the Spy fan). Thank you for bringing your joy to the page so we can all share in it!

I love how miracles never fail to pop up when we open our hearts to them. I'm usually too much of a cranky-pants to do so, but when I have those days... you are so right. It's like walking on air.

Awww Rebecca this is so gorgeous! and TRUE! and beautifully told. I really, really love it. I often do the same, sorta like ʻHAY Universe! Can you score me a miracle?ʻ Iʻm embarrassed to ask for a minute, then thankfully I get over it. And they pour them in. Iʻve been threatening to make a magic journal cause itʻs such a daily thing I worry itʻs yet another thing Iʻll fail at BUT then I think, thereʻs no failing at magic! So thank you for this gorgeous reminder, and the beautiful introduction to your Jewel. I have a new Jewel in my life, thatʻs really her name and itʻs also super duper true. xoxoxo!

First, I always think and thought of you as Jewel too. Second, here is an example of the power of randomness. I was walking into a big box store feeling extremely sad, and had to have looked like a mopey black cloud. A woman walked right by and said, “You have a beautiful smile.” I replied, with a thank you. But then I thought, huh?

How do you? Huh? I had to smile after that! Life is fun!
